Crystal Ellefsen
Crystal Ellefsen is interested in the intersection between creativity and healing. Whether it’s finger painting or stream-of-consciousness journaling, there is something powerful about the tactile experience of creating and expressing ourselves that can help us access our internal world, release grief, soak in the wisdom of our stories, and connect with God. Crystal has lots of experience in writing, entrepreneurship, burnout, crying in public, and dabbling in every creative medium possible. She also has an MFA in Creative Writing but if it was possible to have a PhD in Messy Grief that would be the more meaningful degree. She is currently working on a novel, a poetry manuscript, and pivoting from 9 years of running her marketing business, Consulting for Authors. She lives in San Diego with her blended family.
