February Oaks Retreat: Couples Weekend
with Stefanie Boyce, Justin Boyce and Additional Guest Guides
February 20 - 22, 2026
Life has a way of pulling couples in a hundred different directions. Work, family, and everyday demands often leave little space to slow down and truly connect. Couples Weekend at The Oaks is your chance to step out of the noise and give focused attention to your relationship. It is time to invest in what you are building together, clarify your vision, and rediscover the joy of being partners in life.
This retreat is designed to be both meaningful and fun. You will have guided sessions that strengthen your foundation, practical tools you can bring home, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy our 240 acre property. Walk the trails, take a swim, try pickleball, or roast s’mores by the fire. The weekend holds room for reflection and growth alongside laughter and play.
Price includes lodging, programming, and meals for two people. Extra experiences such as massage or one on one coaching can be added separately after you register. Everything on the schedule is optional. Some couples will dive into every session, others will use the time to rest or play. However you choose to engage, our hope is that you leave feeling refreshed, reconnected, and ready to carry what you gained back into daily life.
Schedule
Check in is Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. The first session begins at 4:30 pm on Friday. We wrap up on Sunday around 10:30 am. Because we are about an hour outside San Diego, we recommend leaving a little buffer for travel and lunch so you are not rushed. If you want more time, we also offer a Thursday early check in option that includes a pre retreat session, giving you three nights and two full days.
Sessions and Workshops
Pre Retreat Session: Reflecting on Your Relationship
Available with early check in, this session gives you and your partner time to pause before the weekend begins. Together you will reflect on where your relationship is right now, name what is working well, and identify areas you want to grow. It is a gentle way to set the tone and arrive with a shared focus.
Effective Communication: Listening Beyond Words
So much of a strong relationship comes down to how we listen and how we speak. In this session you will practice tools that help you hear what your partner really means, not just what they are saying. You will explore how to navigate tension and repair after conflict without losing respect or connection. These are simple practices you can take home and use in everyday conversations.
Building Trust and Intimacy: Rekindling Connection
Physical intimacy is a vital part of a healthy relationship, yet it is often the first thing to fade when life feels busy or overwhelming. This session creates space for couples to talk honestly about closeness, desire, and connection, exploring how emotional intimacy and physical intimacy go hand in hand. With gentle guidance and practical tools, you will discover ways to reignite passion, deepen closeness, and bring more playfulness back into your relationship.
Shared Vision and Goals: Aligning What Matters Most
It is easy to get so caught up in daily responsibilities that you forget where you are headed. This session invites you to lift your eyes and talk about the bigger picture. What do you want your life together to look like? What values do you want to guide you? Where do your individual hopes intersect? You will walk away with a clearer sense of direction and the encouragement to move toward it together.
Nurturing Fun and Play: Rediscovering Joy Together
Fun is not an extra in relationships. It is fuel. This session brings joy back into focus through shared activities that remind you why you enjoy being together. From lighthearted games to creative exercises, you will rediscover the playfulness that often gets lost in the rush of everyday life. Couples often say this is the session that helps them remember not just why they love each other, but why they actually like each other too.
Couples Weekend at The Oaks is not just about fixing what is broken. It is about creating space to strengthen what is good, tend to what needs care, and remind you why your relationship matters. Escape with us for a weekend that helps you reconnect, recharge, and return home with fresh energy for the life you are building together.
