Chick-fil-A R3 Wellbeing Retreat: Reflect, Relate & Renew

On behalf of the Operator Wellbeing Team, we are excited to share an opportunity to attend one of two Wellbeing Retreats this spring. The first iteration of these retreats was piloted last fall with a group of Operators and Ops Leads, and based on the success of those retreats, we are thrilled to expand the offering to 2025. We strongly believe these retreats and the larger Operator Wellbeing work are vital to the holistic health and wellbeing of Operators, Ops Leads, and the business at large.   

The primary intent of these retreats is to provide time and space to Reflect, Relate and Renew, and equip you to flourish in your current season of life. Additionally, the retreats serve as an opportunity for Operators and Ops Leads to connect on a deeper level and to simply be together, learn from one another, and be seen as a whole person outside of Chick-fil-A.   

The combination of meaningful content, memorable experiences, and a remarkable venue had a profound impact on last years’ participants. 
 

Specifically, the Wellbeing Retreats offer:   

• Facilitated Sessions with Mike Foster: Mike is the creator of the Primal Question Framework that revolutionizes how we understand our highest emotional needs and how to leverage them as a superpower; participants will spend time as a group with Mike as he unpacks this framework and equips participants to better understand themselves and others. 
• Rest & Relaxation: Participants will have the opportunity to spend time simply resting or engaging in wellness activities such as hiking, yoga, or contrast therapy.
• Meaningful Connections: There will be ample time to foster relationships between other Operators/Ops Leads/ADs.
